1. Agreement to Policy
By scheduling an appointment with Blow Me Salon llc, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this cancellation policy.

2. Policy Terms

  • 24-Hour Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment without penalty.

  • How to Cancel:

    • For changes with more than 24 hours' notice, please use the online booking system.

    • For changes with less than 24 hours' notice, you must notify us directly by text or phone call at 346 225 5501.

  • Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee of $25. This fee must be paid in full before booking your next appointment and will be automatically added to your account.

  • "No Show" Policy: Clients who miss their appointment without any form of prior notification (a "No Show") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. This amount must be paid before any future services can be scheduled.

3. Legal Disclaimer
This cancellation policy is a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Blow Me Salon llc (the service provider). By booking an appointment, you are electronically signing and consenting to this agreement. The fees outlined are not presented as a penalty but as a reasonable measure to compensate the business for the lost time and revenue associated with holding a reserved time slot that could not be re-filled due to short notice.

4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to require payment of any outstanding fees before booking future appointments. We further reserve the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly fails to adhere to this policy.

5. Acknowledgement
"I understand that by booking an appointment, I am agreeing to the terms of this cancellation policy."

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules change. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Please notify us directly by texting or calling us at [Your Phone Number]. This allows us to potentially fill the appointment quickly.

  • Late-Change Fee: Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25 late-change fee, which will be added to your next service.

  • No Show Policy: Missing your appointment without prior notification (by text or phone call) will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future services.

This policy allows us to maintain a smooth schedule and offer available times to clients on our waiting list. Thank you for your understanding!

why is a cancelation policy important

As the sole owner and operator of this business, my time is my only inventory. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. I often turn away other clients to hold that spot.

The Impact of a Last-Minute Change:
A last-minute cancellation or a "no-show" has a severe impact on my small business:

Direct Loss of Income: That empty appointment slot represents income I was counting on to run my business and support myself. Unlike a large salon, there is no team to absorb that loss.

Wasted Time: I prepare for your service in advance, and that time is lost. The slot itself, which another client would have been happy to book, is wasted.

Inability to Fill the Slot: It is incredibly difficult to fill a appointment with less than 24 hours' notice. The opportunity to offer that time to someone else is lost.

My policy is not punitive; it is a necessary measure to protect my business and ensure I can continue to provide high-quality service to all my clients. The fee helps compensate for a portion of that lost income.

Is This Policy Legal?
Yes, absolutely. This is a standard and legal practice for service-based businesses. By booking an appointment with me, you are entering into a simple agreement. My cancellation policy is clearly communicated before your booking is finalized. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This constitutes a legally recognized agreement.
